It's Beginning to Really Grow...
What a difference a week makes!!! The weather was sunny and cool (at least for May in Texas!). Last week's rains combined with a bit of additional fertilizer and plant food gave the veggies some much needed nourishment...some weeds tried to invade and dampen the parade, but they were quickly detected and annihilated...the plants were happy...and it shows! This week welcomed some new members...baby butternut squashes...anaheim chili peppers and a few additional tomatoes. The dill is growing by leaps and bounds...as are the beans and potatoes! All in all...we're pretty pleased.
